LEVEL 1 COURSE

The CQ Level 1 Program is offered to participants 18 years and older seeking to become an ACF accredited coach or coach assistant.  The Level 1 must be fully completed before coaching unsupervised.  It is a pre-requisite to have Grade 2 Skills before you can commence the Level 1 course.

•      7:45am – 8:00am Check-in/Arrival
•      8:00am – 5:30pm Level 1 Coaching Course (in person delivered modules)
•      5:30pm – 5:45pm Check-out/Collection

CADET COURSE

The CQ Cadet Course is offered to participants 14 years and above who wish to further their coaching qualifications.  It is designed for any person irrespective of age seeking to become a coach / coach assistant. It is a pre-requisite to have Grade 2 Skills before you can commence the Cadet course.

•      8:15am – 8:30am Check-in/Arrival
•      8:30am – 3:30pm Cadet Course
•      3:30pm – 3:45pm Check-out/Collection

Participants of both courses will need to bring the following:

• Notebook
• Pen/Pencils
• Water Bottle
• Packed Lunch & Snacks (no kitchen facilities on-site)
• Clubs & Rod
• Laptop (or device) & Headphones – Level 1 participants only
