Each Member Club is required to submit a Proxy nomination to determine who will vote on the club’s behalf, particularly in the event of any Director votes or special resolutions.

Proxy appointments should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If no proxy is nominated, votes may be exercised by the Chair of the meeting in accordance with the Constitution.
